Followmont Transport is a large family owned business established in 1983. Today we employ over 600 staff, utilise the service of over 150 subcontractors, own and operate a 600+ vehicle fleet throughout Queensland.  Followmont Transport’s primary business is providing general freight services throughout Queensland and Northern NSW.

Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and reliable HR Driver to join the Brisbane operations team. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is ideal for a passionate and reliable person. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate, good working conditions and well maintained equipment.

 Your Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Local general freight deliveries and pick-ups
• Completing required delivery paperwork including but not limited to run sheets
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Demonstrate a high level of safety in the workplace and on the road

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Current HR Licence and current Forklift ticket
• A positive and professional attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Effective communication skills
• A safe driving history and be willing to provide a copy of a traffic history report, if required
